Returns and Refund Policy

At Devonport Chocolates, we take great pride in the excellent quality of our handmade chocolate products.

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase, so please choose carefully.

If your order arrives damaged, or the product is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Please contact us immediately by email or phone:

We may ask that you keep the remainder of the product so we can arrange a pickup and investigate the issue.

Should a refund be required, it will be processed within 7 days and will include the courier fee.

For in-store pickup orders, if your order is not collected within 30 calendar days of your collection notification and we do not hear from you, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
