To participate in the rewards program, customers must be signed up to our database.
To receive a birthday voucher, you must be registered at least 7 days before your birthday and have placed at least one prior order.
On your birthday, you will receive a voucher for one complimentary chocolate bar (“Free Chocolate Bar Promo”). The voucher can be redeemed in-store by presenting it at checkout, or online by entering the code to your cart.
You must click claim on the email activate your reward before you can redeem it
Birthday vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only one birthday voucher per customer per year will be issued.
Every purchase, whether in-store or online, earns 1 point per $1 spent.
Points accumulate across purchases and can be redeemed for discount vouchers towards future orders.
Earning tiers range from $10 to $1000, with rewards applied as discount vouchers.
Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Rewards and points cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
We reserve the right to amend or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice.
Points and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Misuse of the program, including fraudulent sign-ups or redemptions, may result in cancellation of rewards and removal from the program.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at our discretion. Any changes will be updated on our website and apply immediately.
To earn loyalty points, customers must have an active Devonport Chocolates loyalty account and use the customer details associated with that account when making a purchase.
If you unsubscribe from or leave the Devonport Chocolates loyalty programme, you can continue to shop with us online. However, purchases made while you are not an active loyalty member will not earn loyalty points, including where you continue to use an existing Shopify customer account.
If you later rejoin the loyalty programme, points will not be retrospectively awarded for purchases made while you were unsubscribed or otherwise not participating in the programme.
Customers are responsible for using the correct email address and customer account when shopping with us. Where multiple or duplicate customer profiles exist, purchases made using a profile that is not connected to your active loyalty account may not automatically earn points.
