As chocolate is food we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. However if the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
If your chocolate delivery has been damaged in transit or our product is faulty please contact us immediately by emailing accounts@devonportchocolates.co.nz or phoning 0800 002462 so we can provide the appropriate remedy.
