Delivery InformationWe try our utmost to have products delivered in the required timeframe, however we do need to fit in with a courier service, please see the details below of this service. Christmas and Seasonal Occasions Delivery we prefer not to dispatch items after the order deadlines on our website. This is because getting a parcel delivered on Christmas Eve can be challenging and the gift may end up sitting in a courier depot over the Christmas of Easter break, if you would like us to dispatch an item after the order deadline we can not guarantee the condition it will arrive in as it may not arrive until after the seasonal occasion. We retrieve orders between 9am - 5pm New Zealand time Monday - Friday. Orders are generally dispatched from Monday to Thursday. If Saturday delivery is required, the order will be dispatched on Friday. Unfortnately due to using a courier service we are unable to do Sunday deliveries. We only send our parcels on signature required couriers, if your recipient is not at home the courier will leave a card for the person to contact them and arrange a time to have the parcel delivered. Courier prices and time frames: Auckland $9.00, overnight (order must be received by 2pm) When deliverying to a hospital we are only responsible for the parcel getting to the hospital it then needs to be processed through the hospital system to get to the appropriate person, this can take a number of days. No delivery on public holidays We are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes. If you are not sure if your delivery address is a rural address, please phone Courier Post on 0800 2687437 and speak to an operator who can help with this. If you do not select a rural delivery when it is required, this will result in a delay in the delivery of your order as the parcel will not be allocated to the correct courier driver. The customer is responsible for choosing the correct delivery option. If the incorrect delivery option has been selected, we will require your credit card details once more to process the difference in the delivery charge. In this instance, we are unable to dispatch your order the full amount has been paid. Please select your delivery option carefully to avoid this problem. Please ensure delivery details provided are correct. We assume no liability for misdelivery if incomplete or incorrect delivery details are provided. We will provide you with a tracking number and the website to trace your parcel should there be any concerns. Should you experience any problems please contact us immediately. |
